What we do to advertise your property
Once we have a signed management agreement authorising us to act on your behalf, we will undertake the following
- Erect a ‘For Lease’ sign on the property
- Place a listing on all real estate websites that we subscribe to and include photographic images of the property
- The property will be accurately described and advertised
- Conduct an unlimited number of private viewing of your property and at least one ‘open for inspection’ each week until the property is leased
- Property viewing will be carried out by one of our representatives
- Provide you an update on a weekly basis on the status of your available property
