Director and Licensee Stacie began her real estate career in 2004, gaining extensive experience across all areas of the industry. Her true passion lies in Property Management, where she spent many years leading departments and building lasting relationships with clients. In 2014, while raising her young family, Stacie completed her Real Estate Licence, obtained her Triennial Certificate, and launched ASB Realty — all while juggling life as a busy mum of two.
Stacie is joined by Beth, an experienced and dedicated Residential Property Manager who started in the industry at just 16. Beth completed her Property Management registration in 2010 and has built a strong reputation for her hard-working nature, caring approach, and excellent communication with both owners and tenants.
The two first worked together at a local real estate agency, where they quickly discovered a shared commitment to delivering down-to-earth, high-quality service. That professional connection and mutual respect laid the foundation for what would later become a strong and trusted working relationship at ASB Realty.
After successfully building a well-respected rental portfolio, Stacie expanded ASB Realty to include Residential and Commercial Sales, as well as Commercial Property Management. With Beth by her side, the property management division continues to thrive, backed by genuine care, local knowledge, and a highly personalised approach.
